Since 2008, I have delivered tens of global eCommerce products with revenue ranging from a few thousand to hundreds of millions of GMV.

I have worked with retailers, luxury brands, and other online merchants in various industries, including luxury apparel, retail, pharmaceuticals, and fintech, to launch and grow their B2B, B2C, D2C and cross-border e-commerce products generating over $300M in GMV in the first year alone.

Through my extensive experience working with all sizes of eCommerce businesses, I have identified a significant knowledge gap in cross-border commerce and 3rd party marketplace integrations (such as Farfetch, Amazon, eBay, Google Shopping, Shopee, Lazada and others).

To bridge this gap, I founded eCommerce Mastery in 2022 to provide actionable strategies and best practices for online businesses to maximise their eCommerce opportunities and open up new revenue streams.

My goal is to empower businesses to unlock their full potential in the global eCommerce market.

In addition to advising global brands and creating content for eCommerce Mastery, I help SaaS-based marketplaces and startups to grow their online revenue by utilising better product development, engineering and team management methods and systems.
